My last shipment of paint and a couple other things I ordered came in so I spent the day cleaning, prepping and painting all the remaining items including the cylinder head. The cylinder head was back in my possession after a couple days away at a friends place who had the right tool to seat the new valves. Now I was able to paint it all up reading for rebuilding of the head. I prefer black hoses because they look cleaner in contrast to the gray motor but these had been painted before and would be too expensive to replace so i painted them all again.
